With a moderate beginning, it has soared higher in motivation, inspiration and ideals. REEC manufacture, export, consultant, design the process equipment’s manufactured operate Q. A. systems based on ISO 9001: 2015 and comply with USFDA, UKMCA, TGA, WHO, cGMP, MCA, MCC and international FDA guidelines. Process equipment are also fabricated under International codes like ASME, DIN, TEMA, IS standards in material of construction SS 316L / SS 304L / SS 904L/ SS 321 / SS 316Ti / HASTELLOY CLADDING / MONAL METAL / OTHER ALLOYS for various industries like Pharmaceutical, Fine Chemicals, Cosmetics, Food Products, Bulk Drugs & other Allied Process industries. The quality and proven performance of the machines manufactured by us and supplied to our valued customers has earned a good patronage.

Along with Manufacturing, Exporting, Engineering, R & D, Administration, Sales and Marketing departments, a demo & application machinery for trails has been setup. Founder

Mr. Rajneekant V K started his journey in field of manufacturing chemical & pharmaceutical equipment’s in year 1974 and after years of experience he started his own organization REEC in the year 1984. Since then he serves this industry with his experience, honesty and dignity. To continue his vision, his son. Mr. Mayank R K joined hands to establish the organization in vision to develop the company’s brand with the same ethics.

Infrastructure

We possess highly sophisticated and advanced manufacturing facilities located in Umbergoan, Gujarat which have been designed in such a manner that it can cater to the increased quality demands of the customers and hence conform with CGMP standards.

Area of 12000 sq. ft with 35 feet clear height, 15-ton + 5-ton raw material handling overhead crane facility. Well-equipped with machine shop, fabrication, assembly section, buffing & polishing section. Also, quality assurance department is fully equipped with latest required testing facility & standards.

We design and supply of entire turnkey projects at any scale, from 500 kgs to 50,000 kgs capacities. We help our customers with Product, Process & Machine consultation. We export machinery to many countries.

We can also provide CE certificate for equipment’s to ensure users and product safety norms, complying to European/ US as well as the export markets.

We follow CGMP Standards and provide all documents related to Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) like Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ) and Documentation Qualification (DQ).
